You can't escape the human condition

As the saying goes - ‘No matter where you go, there you are’.

You can’t escape your problems by migrating to another district or city or state or nation. Same seems to apply to those wishing to flee the planet of us civilised apes, being disgusted at the mess we have made of it.

Well, you gotta ‘evolve’ and begin with the man (or any of the various genders) in the mirror. It is easy to blame the neighbour or the previous generation or animal farts but the fact is, no matter where you go, you take your character and attitude with you. So is the lifelong shadow of your belief systems and nurturing which may worsen your human nature.

You do not have to attempt to change the world. Just positively influencing one person or benefitting one creature is more than enough kindness and generosity— which seems lacking in most people; or it is not undertaken having discounted it to be not enough. Sure, it is not too much to you, but it may mean a ‘world’ of difference to someone else.
